Great bunch of people. You can buy a bike anywhere but it's hard to find a bunch of guys you would actually enjoy hanging out with.

This dealership has been the one saving grace in what has been a horrible purchasing experience that started at Raging Bull in Durham. Be careful what you purchase when you buy a bike. I just dropped my '19 off for it's first service. I purchased the prepaid maintenance when I bought the bike in Durham. Well apparently you can only use the prepaid maintenance at the location you bought the bike. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT purchase a bike from Raging Bull in Durham.

Typical dealership... I walked in from the right entrance, walked to the other side looking at every bike on the way, walked back to the entrance i came in and was never approached. Anyone that wasn't piled up at the coffee area just walked right past me. And Harley wonders why the younger generation isn't buying new. I'm not approaching you when you want the money i have

Always friendly staff, always helpful, and they go the extra mile to assist the customer no matter the department.

Service department is phenomenal. Had a service done. Then called ordered tires and they turned around and put them on really fast eventhough they were pretty busy. Haven't had any experiences with sales yet but they had a good selection to choose from a very knowledgeable staff so I think it's safe to say they would be above par.
